Agents can now use HMRC"s Agent Dedicated Line to discuss their clients' PAYE and self-assessment affairs. The Agent Dedicated Line service promises that calls will be given priority and answered faster, that the agent will be put through to an adviser who has at least 12 months' experience and, where necessary, the call with be transferred to technicians to ensure that where possible it is answered on the first call.
